Presentation of the 1st issueHerald of Europe magazine held a presentation and cocktail party to mark the launch of its first issue.

It took place on Monday 15th November 2004 at 18.00 - 20.30 at The National Liberal Club, Whitehall Place, London SW1A 2HE

The presentation included talks by guest speakers, an open forum, cocktail reception, live music and photography exhibition.
